Very bad service. My turn at the counter was quick, they solved a problem for me, from the counter they transferred me with a shift, to the executive area and I was waiting for more than 1 hour and no one asked me, I was already the last one waiting to go to executives and I had to ask and they told me “it's just that it wasn't your turn and we didn't know what you were doing there and you didn't go to the windows.”
